StudyNet Group processes Customer Data only as a service provider or processor under applicable laws, contracts, or Data Processing Agreements. End users accessing the Services via a customer should contact the customer directly regarding Customer Data.

For clarity, StudyNet Group is a controller for personal information collected to provide, maintain, and improve Services, including marketing and support. For Customer Data entered into the Services, the customer is the controller, and we act as a processor.
