"École Ducasse" is an international class school that teaches elite cooking, directed by the famous chef Alain Ducasse, since its foundation in 1999. Vocational school brings together students with a passion for gastronomy, experienced professionals as well as food lovers.
Intensive 2, 4 or 6-month studies and 3-year culinary and confectionery bachelor programs are taught at the educational institution.
As a chef, Alain Ducasse has achieved global fame, having won the most Michelin stars in history. In 2023, "Ecole Ducasse" was awarded the title of the best culinary educational institution in the world and Europe at the World Culinary Awards.
