University of Idaho is located in Moscow, one of the safest cities in the United States. Founded in 1889, this university is considered one of the leading universities in Idaho. University of Idaho is the oldest university in the state with more than 12,000 students. The University offers 142 different programs, including bachelor, master and doctoral degrees.

In the ranking of the best state universities in the News & World Report, it was in the 90th place. The campus of the University located in Moscow covers an area of 6.4 km. There are 253 administrative training buildings, large parks, bicycle paths, computer laboratories, golf course, and libraries at the campus.
