Wageningen University is one of the leading universities in Europe and the Netherlands. In 1876, the university began its activities as an agricultural college, and in 1918 it officially became a state university. The University has a special international reputation in the field of food and natural sciences. Wageningen is one of the best in the ranking of world universities. Especially for it specialty the natural sciences, it is considered as one of the best universities in the world. According to Times Higher Education World University, Wageningen University is ranked the 64th in the world's top 100 universities and is ranked the 125th in the QS World University ranking. It is the first accredited university by NVAO in the Netherlands. There are several campuses of Wageningen. Each campus, with its unique, stimulating teaching, learning and
