Norwich University of Arts calls every creative soul to join the 2021 Summer School online workshop series!
Known for its innovative and creative academic community, the university won Gold award under the Teaching Excellence Framework and ranked 10th in the UK teaching quality by The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2018.
Established itself in arts, design, media education for over 170 years, university continues to provide students and as well as youngsters above 14 years old with their academics’ knowledge. In this time planned Summer School will cover a wide range of practices from architecture to visual storytelling and will be led by NUA alumni, staff and practicing artists.
University continues conducting campulsive webinars in various fields of art and one of them will be held on 11th of the August from 3.00 to 4.30 PM (BST). Webinar will be demonstrated by Dan Kelby, NUA BA Animation graduate, who gained his experience in Disney, Cartoon Network and as well as Netflix. With Character Design webinar students will be touched on character design, sharing technical tips and insights.
Also the skills gained from webinar can be used in Animation, Illustration, Games Design and so on.
Summer School also offers UX design lessons that will be held by Film and Moving Image Production alumni Clara Pougeard on 18th of August. It is noteworthy that Clara is a young experienced designer in her career and she works for Compulsion Games in Canada. Clara will provide participants with all details of UX Design through the theoretical knowledge such as usability, wire frames and accessibility.
