Regent’s University London continues to deliver free online taster lectures on various subjects. The taster lectures are hosted by the university academics and will give practical information of the industry as well as the insight of how we teach at Regent’s.

Next taster lecture will be dedicated to Film Production – From Script to Screen. Regent’s Senior Lecturers, Philip Huges and Tristan Tull will explore the language of the camera and teach students how to use different shots to compose scenes. Participants will have the opportunity to create their own storyboard and develop knowledge of shot sizes, composition and visual story telling. This session will break down the key stages of all film production from inspiration to finished product.

On the same day Regent’s University is hosting online event for those who are interested in learning how to prepare a basic art and design portfolio with a fashion focus for use in applications for further study at undergraduate level: “How to create fashion portfolio”.

Students will gain knowledge and understanding of the content of an effective portfolio. The webinar will give an insight into how to develop and edit your portfolio content further.
