1. UK - UCL - Denys Holland Scholarship
University College London (UCL) has been established in 1826 and is the third oldest university after Oxford and Cambridge. The university currently is London’s multidisciplinary university having 13,000 staff and 42,000 students from 150 different countries.
UCL is offering Denys Holland Scholarship to students who have financial difficulties in funding their study at UCL. Scholarship is open to prospective students from UK, EU and Overseas countries who are demonstrating their intention to play a full part in extracurricular activities of UCL and the Students Union. The scholarship is awarded only for 2020/21 entry students.

Eligibility
In order to apply for the scholarship you should:
• hold a valid UCL Student Number:
• hold a valid UCAS Application Number (not UCAS Registration number);
• hold an offer of admission to UCL for full-time undergraduate study commencing in September 2020, in any department;
• be in financial need;
• be able to demonstrate that they have broad interests and intend to be actively involved in and contribute to the life of the university.
Total value:
Scholarship amounts to £9,000 (per year for three years) and is subject to satisfactory academic progress.

2. UK - Bristol University – Think Big Scholarships
University of Bristol has been established in 1876 and offers many faculties and study programs on undergraduate and postgraduate level. The university is amongst the top 10 UK universities by QS ranking, 4th most targeted university by UK employers and number 1 place to live in the UK.

University is happy to announce that University of Bristol offers awards valued to international students. The awards are to help students for studying one-year, full-time taught postgraduate programs of September 2020 entry and can only be used as fee waivers towards the cost of tuition fees.

Eligibility
You can apply for a Think Big Postgraduate Scholarship if you:
• are classed as an overseas student for fee purposes AND
• have applied to start a one-year, full-time taught postgraduate program at the University of Bristol in September 2020.
Total value:
University offers number of awards amounting to £5,000, £10,000 and £20,000

Terms and Conditons
There are two applications rounds for this scholarship:
• Round One Deadline: 29 March 2020. Successful applicants will be informed via email by 24 April 2020.
• Round Two Deadline: 14 June 2020. Successful applicants will be informed via email by 10 July 2020.

3. UK - Westminster Undergraduate Full Scholarships
University of Westminster has started 180 years ago as the first polytechnic university in London and one of the first in the UK aiming to educate the working people of London. Currently the university is offering wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs to students coming from different countries and variety of backgrounds.
University of Westminster is offering full scholarships including accommodation, living expenses and flights to and from London in order to provide financial support to international students coming from middle income countries (Azerbaijan included). Main selection criteria to be awarded with scholarship are therefore financial need and development potential, academic excellence. The scholarship will be renewed each year depending on student’s satisfactory academic performance.
Eligibility
In order to be eligible for this scholarship you must:
• be an international student from a developing country
• hold an offer for a full-time undergraduate course
• be in financial need

How and when to apply?
To apply for a scholarship, you will need to download and complete the relevant scholarship application form and submit it together with supporting documents till the deadline.

4. Netherlands - Leiden University Excellence Scholarships (LexS)
Leiden University was founded in 1575 and is one of Europe’s leading international research university offering seven faculties in the arts, humanities and sciences, spread over locations in Leiden and The Hague. University offers education programs on any level of education to domestic and international students.
Leiden University gladly declares Excellence Scholarships (LexS) in the Netherlands and provides funding to Non-EU/EEA international students to study all Masters programs on September 2020 entry (with the exception of regular LLM (non-advanced) program) in the following Faculties:
• Archaeology
• Humanities
• Medicine/LUMC
• Governance and Global Affairs
• Law
• Social and Behavioural Sciences
• Science
• Interfacultair Centrum voor Lerarenopleiding,
• Onderwijsontwikkeling en Nascholing (ICLON)
• African Studies Centre
• International Institute for Asian Studies

Eligibility criteria given below:
• Students should have achieved excellent study results in their previous education, this being relevant to the Master’s program for which they are applying. As an indication, the student is amongst the top 10% of graduates in his/her previous study program.
• Applicants must have a non EEA* passport and may not be eligible for support under the Dutch system of study grants and loans (Studiefinanciering).
Total value:
3 awards are offered within the scholarship:
• € 10.000 of the tuition fee
• € 15.000 of the tuition fee
• Total tuition fee minus the statutory tuition fee

How and when to apply?
There is no specific application form to apply for the Scholarship and you need to click on the Scholarship options in the application form you are applying for Master’s Degree in the way shown below:
• Apply online for admission to a Master's program at Leiden University and pay the application fee if applicable.
• In the scholarship section of your online application, indicate that you wish to apply for a LExS.
• Upload your LExS motivation letter as instructed in your online application. This is a PDF file of max. 500 words, in which you explain why you would like to be considered for the award.
• Submit your online application, containing your LExS application, before the LExS application deadline.
• If you apply for more than one study program and wish to apply for a LExS for each, indicate this clearly in each application and upload a LExS motivation letter for each.
Deadline for applying the scholarship differs depending on start date of the programs:

  • For program starting Feb: 1 Oct /
  • Program starting Sept: 1 Feb / Exception - LLM Advanced Studies programs: 1 March

5. KAIST International Student Scholarship - The Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, South Korean

South Korean University KAIST is offering Scholarship Program for International Students who are planning to take Bachelor Degree in KAIST.
The only Eligibility Criteria is the student being an international student.

Total value
Scholarship intents fully funding of the study program for International Students who is successful applicant including

  • Full tuition fee exemption for 8 semesters;
  • Living expenses of 350,000 KRW per month;

How and when to apply?
Application procedure is same as Admission applications. There is no separate process for applying scholarship. You just need to check ‘KAIST scholarship’ on the Statement of Financial Resources section on online application for admission. Application portal

Deadline for submitting the application is: May 22, 2020. Program starts in Spring 2020/Fall 2020.

6. Hubert Humphrey Fellowships in USA for International Students
The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program offers non-degree academic study and related professional experiences in the United States. The program lasts 10 months and Fellows are selected based on their potential for leadership and their contributions to public or the private sector. Since the program has been launched in 1978 more than 6 thousand people from 157 countries has participated in the program and more than 40 universities have hosted the fellows.

Participating in the program you will grab the chance to enjoy the valuable opportunities for professional development through selected university courses, attending conferences, networking, and practical work experiences. Program fields covers - Agricultural and Rural Development, Communications/Journalism, Economic Development, Educational Administration, Planning and Policy, Finance and Banking, Higher Education Administration, Human Resource Management, Law and Human Rights, Natural Resources, Environmental Policy, and Climate Change, Public Health Policy and Management, Public Policy Analysis and Public Administration, Substance Abuse Education; Treatment and Prevention, Teaching of English as a Foreign Language, Technology Policy and Management, Trafficking in Persons Policy and Prevention, Urban and Regional Planning.

Eligibility:
In order to apply for the fellowship program you must have:
• An undergraduate (first university) degree
• A minimum of five years of full-time, professional experience
• Limited or no prior experience in the United States,
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
• A record of public service in the community
• English language ability
Fellowship covers:
• Payment of tuition and fees at the assigned host university;
• Pre-academic English language training, if required;
• A maintenance (living) allowance, including a one-time settling-in allowance;
• Accident and sickness coverage;
• A book allowance;
• A one-time computer subsidy;
• Air travel (international travel to and from the U.S. for the program and domestic travel to required program events);
• A Professional Development allowance for professional activities, such as field trips, professional visits and conferences.

All application must be submitted online and include

7. University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowship

The University of Manitoba is western Canada’s first university and ranked one of the top 50 research-intensive universities in Canada. University is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba and offers more than 100 programs being 49 doctoral, 95 masters and one diploma program.
The Faculty of Graduate Studies offers scholarships in University Graduate Fellowships (UMGF) each year to full time graduate students (Master’s and Ph.D.) based on their demonstrated superior intellectual ability and academic accomplishment.
Eligibility
In order to apply for the program you must have:
• a minimum admission GPA of 3.0 to be considered for the award
• been admitted as a full-time student without provision or have cleared provisional admission as a Master’s or Ph.D. student in a graduate program at the University of Manitoba.
Total Value of the Fellowship:
For Master students: $14,000 per year (1 or 2 years) - up to a total of $28,000
For PhD students: $18,000 per year (1, 2 or 3 years) - up to a total of $72,000

8. University of Melbourne Graduate Research Scholarships
Established in 1853 The University of Melbourne, Australia is a public-spirit university focusing mainly on research, learning and teaching, and engagement. The University is ranked 1st place amongst Australia universities and 32nd amongst World University according to Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2017-2018
University of Melbourne is offering more than 600 scholarship program for graduate students who is wishing to enroll in any Masters by Research degree/doctoral degree and who is currently enrolled in one of those programs in Melbourne University in all study areas.
Eliigibility
To be eligible for this scholarship you need to have applied for and meet the entry requirements for a graduate research degree at the University of Melbourne, or be currently enrolled in a graduate research degree at the University of Melbourne.
Graduate Research Scholarships that provide a stipend as well as fee offset are awarded to international students based on academic merit.
Total value:
Scholarship covers 100% fee remission and up to $110,000 including:
• Full fee offset for up to two years for students undertaking a Masters by Research degree or up to four years for students undertaking a doctoral degree.
• Living allowance of $31,200 per year, for up to two years for students undertaking a Masters by Research degree or up to 3.5 years for students undertaking a doctoral degree.
• Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) Single Membership for international students who require a student visa to study in Australia.
How and when to apply?
No additional application is required!

  • If you are a new student and have applied for a graduate research course by the application closing date for that course, you will be automatically considered for the Graduate Research Scholarships and will receive a notification that a scholarship application has been added to your record within seven days of having submitted your course application.
  • If you are currently enrolled in a graduate research course for which you seek a scholarship, you must submit an online application form by 31 October to be considered for a scholarship in the following year.

9. University of Sydney International Scholarships
The University of Sydney has been established in 1850 and stood out as the Australia’s first university ever. Amongst the alumna of the university you can recognize lawmaker Michael Kirby, journalist and broadcaster Mary Kostakidis, writer Clive James, opera singer Dame Joan Sutherland and activist Charles Perkins. Gough Whitlam and pioneer heart transplant surgeon Victor Chang has brought much pride to the university that they create changes in medicine, industry, politics and the arts.
University of Sydney offers scholarships international postgraduate students who is planning to apply to the university or is already enrolled in a research degree and has high academic background.
Eligibility
In order to apply for the scholarship you must:
• be a commencing or enrolled international student
• have an outstanding record of academic achievement and research potential
• have an unconditional offer of admission or be currently enrolled in a master's by research or PhD at the University of Sydney.
• not concurrently hold another scholarship that provides support for tuition fees.
Total value:
Scholarship amounts to $35.000 per year and covers OSHC (Overseas Health Covers), tuition fees and living costs.
