One of the best sixth form colleges of the UK – MPW is wishing a successful academic year to all students and hereby updating them with recent news concerning the current situation of studies at the school.
At the start of 2021 it was announced that schools will be remain online until the middle of February because of pandemic situation. This was the UK Government guidance that classes will resume in-person after February half-term break. MPW School is not so happy for not getting the student back in the campus however they are awaiting further clarification on the summer assessment that will be used to award GCSE and A level qualification this year.
The school is hoping that being able to provide regular testing of staff and students at all schools in the UK will be a significant benefit of going forward. As the UK has launched an advanced and ambitious vaccination projects the predictions for later this spring and for new joiners in September 2021 can be more optimistic.
Academic staff of MPW has already tried and tested model of remote learning. Classes will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams program. Being well familiar with the software teachers developed new tools to enhance the learning experience. Besides school take care of the platform regularly in order to ensure that all students receive a quality experience.
Student will be provided personal tutors sessions and support services the same level of frequency.

Regarding the examination format we all know that regular format will not take place. As the school do not have certain decision despite the exams are expecting to include reduced formal assessment element. In this period of time School wants to encourage students to focus on their studies.
